1- Where are you located?
Our warehouse is located at 1216A Iturbide St, Laredo Tx 78040.
2- How can I order ?
On this website! Once you know the product that you´d liked you´ll have to choose it and you will see all the available colors that we have of that item, since we only sell in cases you’ll have to pick the colors until you complete the bundle.

3- What is the shipping time?
It depends on where you are. We use all major carriers and the shipping time is between 2-6 days. Once you place an order, it will take 1 business day to process your order and be shipped to your location.
4- Do you do logos?
No, we don't do logos or any type of personalization, we only sell our cups and tumblers blank for you to customize, that's why our prices are so affordable.
5- How do the cups come?/ How do you ship them?
All the acrylic and stainless steel tumblers come with individual plastic and bubble bags.
Your order will be shipped inside of a cardboard box with divisions and we add bubble wrap for more protection.
For the plastic cups they come stacked and the lids and straws with bubble wrap.
6- Are the cups&tumblers reusable?
Yes, All our cups and tumblers are made to be reused.
7-the bundles come in the same color and model?
No, each bundle is completed with one model but you can choose any colors available you like.
8- What happens If one of the products does not fit the description or arrives damaged?
We make sure every item we ship has the best quality but we are aware that in some cases some things can go wrong. In this case you can contact us(sales@seek-usa.com) and we will be happy to help and fix the problem as soon as possible.
9- Do you sell only one cup?
No, we only sell wholesale. Our minimum order is 1 case.
10- All the cups & tumblers are insulated?
Most of our products are!
Acrylic tumblers: Double walled plastic AS keep hot drinks for 1 hour and cold drinks for 4 hours.
Stainless steel: Double walled stainless steel keep hot drinks for 4 hours and cold drinks for 12 hours.
Plastic cups: single wall of plastic Polypropylene, They resist hot and cold drinks.
